In this Privacy Policy, we detail how we transfer, collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your Personal Information.
For purposes of this Privacy Policy, your personal Information (“Personal Information”) is information that identifies, relates to, describes, is capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with you or your household, such as your name, telephone number, email address and IP address, and broader categories of information such as your employment, education, commercial, professional or health information, and your internet activity. Personal information does not include aggregated or de-identified information that is maintained in a form that is not capable of being associated with or linked to a person.
BEFORE VISITING OR USING ANY SERVICE OR OTHERWISE PROVIDING PERSONAL INFORMATION TO US, PLEASE CAREFULLY REVIEW THIS PRIVACY POLICY. BY VISITING OR USING ANY OF OUR SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY. IF YOU DISAGREE WITH ANY TERM, IMMEDIATELY STOP VISITING AND/OR USING OUR SERVICES.
OTHER PRIVACY POLICIES
Certain Services may have a different privacy policy that explains how we handle the Personal Information we collect in the context of those Services. To the extent that we post or reference a different privacy policy with respect to any Service, that different privacy policy, rather than this Privacy Policy, will apply to Personal Information collected in the context of that Service.
THIRD-PARTY SITES
This Privacy Policy does not apply to any website, platform, product or service provided or operated by a third party (“Third-Party Site”), even if the Third-Party Site is linked or redirected to or from any Service. If you reside outside of the U.S., the privacy laws applicable in your location may differ from those applicable in the U.S. By using any Service, you acknowledge that your Personal Information is being provided to us in the U.S. and will be hosted on U.S. servers, and you authorize us to transfer, store, host and process your Personal Information to and in the U.S. and in other countries. Information privacy laws are changing rapidly in every jurisdiction – individual states, U.S. national, non-U.S. countries, European Union (“EU”), and other global collaborations. We are committed to being transparent with our information privacy practices throughout the changes. If you reside outside of the U.S. and have any question, comment, or complaint concerning the transfer of your Personal Information, please contact us at [email protected].

We do not track, collect, or monitor any of your biometric data.
COLLECTION METHODS
Some methods and tools we (including our service providers) use to collect your Personal Information are:
Unique Identifiers. We use unique identifiers such as cookies, your e-mail address, or your pseudonymized customer identification (ID) to track your usage behavior on our Services, such as the length of time spent on a particular page and the pages viewed during a particular log-in period. Unique identifiers collect information about your use of our Services on an individual basis.
Mobile Device Identifiers. Mobile device identifiers are identifiers stored on your mobile device that track certain data and activities occurring on or through your device. Mobile device identifiers enable collection of Personal Information (such as media access controls) as well as non-personally identifiable information (such as usage and traffic data).
Cookies, Web Beacons, and Other Tracking Tools. We collect information about you, your device, and your use of the Services through Cookies, clear gifs (a.k.a. web beacons/web bugs) (“Web Beacons”), and other tracking tools and technological methods (collectively, “Tracking Tools”). Tracking Tools collect information such as a computer or device operating system type, an IP address, browser type, browser language, mobile device ID, device hardware type, the website or application visited or used before or after accessing a Service, the parts of the Service accessed, the length of time spent on a page or using a feature. These Tracking Tools help us learn more about you and analyze how you engage with our Services, such as how often you visit the Services, what features you use, what pages you visit, what emails you open, and what other sites or applications you use prior to and after visiting the Service.
Cookies. We collect certain information through the use of “Cookies,” which are small text files saved by your browser when you access a Service. Cookies can either be Session Cookies or Persistent Cookies. “Session Cookies” are temporary cookies that are stored on your device while you are visiting a Service. “Persistent Cookies” are stored on your device for a period of time after you leave a Service. We use Persistent Cookies to store your preferences so that they are available for the next visit, and to keep a more accurate account of how often you visit a Service, and how your use of the Service varies over time. We also use Persistent Cookies to measure the effectiveness of advertising efforts. Through these Cookies, we may collect information about your online activity after you leave a Service.
We use First-Party Cookies and Third-Party Cookies. “First-Party Cookies” are Cookies that belong to us. “Third-Party Cookies” are Cookies that another party, through a Service, places on your computer or mobile device. Third-Party Cookies may be placed on your computer or mobile device by our service providers; for example, analytics providers, advertising networks, social media platforms, and customer relationship management tools that help us with data management, marketing, analytics, and Service features and functionality. Third-Party Cookies may also be placed on your device by our business affiliates so that they can monitor use of the Services, measure the effectiveness of an advertising campaign, and advertise products and services to you on the Services and elsewhere on the Internet. Information generated from the use of a Third-Party Cookie on a Service is generally controlled and accessible by the third party. We may also have access to some of the information. First-Party Cookie information is accessible and controlled by us.
For additional information about Cookies, including how to control them, and opt out options, visit:

Web Beacons. Web Beacons help us better manage content on our Services by providing information about the effectiveness of our content. Web Beacons are embedded in, or otherwise associated with, certain emails or other communications that you receive from us or our affiliates. Web Beacons help us track your responses and interests and deliver relevant content and services to you. For example, they may let us know when you take actions in response to the emails we send to you. Web Beacons also allow us to enhance our Behavioral Advertising (defined and further discussed in Section 7b [Online Behavioral Advertising]).
Social Media Widgets. Some parts of our Services may include social media features, such as the Facebook “like” button, and widgets, such as the “share this” button. These social media features are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our Services. When you use these tools, the party that provides the tool, the third party that operates the social media service, and/or we may receive Personal Information about you. By using these tools, you acknowledge that some information (including Personal Information) from your social media service will be transmitted to us and once received covered by this Privacy Policy and as described herein, shared with third parties and governed by their privacy policies.
Third-Party Sources. We may use Third-Party Sources to obtain information about you (such as your name or company) and to enrich your Personal Information by obtaining publicly available information about you, such as your job title, employment history and contact information.
USE OF INFORMATION
Use. In addition to the uses described in Section 5 (Collected Information) and Section 6, (Collection Methods), we may also collect and use your Personal Information for the following general purposes:
to create, maintain, and service your Account;
to provide, administer, and improve our Services;
to better understand your needs, interests, and preferences and personalize your experience with us and our Services;
to provide Account and Service announcements, updates, notifications, and reminders;
to respond to your requests, inquiries, and comments;

to provide you information and offers from us, our affiliates, and our business partners.
to allow you to connect with existing contacts from third-party services through which you created or authenticate your Account;
to engage in business transactions between us and third parties with whom we do business;
to deter, detect, investigate, and respond to violations of our policies and procedures, security incidents, and fraudulent, harmful, unauthorized, or illegal activity;
to comply with our legal, regulatory, and risk management rights and obligations; and
Any other purpose for which you consent.
Online Behavioral Advertising. Some of our advertising (“Behavioral Advertising”) involves using tracking tools to collect information about your online activities over time and across Third-Party Sites and provide advertisements to you based on your interests (as inferred from your online activity) or use of our Services. Behavioral Advertising may appear on our Services or on other Third-Party Sites. We work with third parties to provide Behavioral Advertising, such as advertising networks, data exchanges, traffic measurement service providers, marketing analytics service providers, and other third-party service providers (collectively, “Advertising Service Providers”). Advertising Service Providers perform services such as facilitating targeting of advertisements and measuring and analyzing advertising effectiveness (“Targeting Services”). Targeting Services help us display Behavioral Advertising, prevent you from seeing repeated ads, and enable us to research the usefulness of ads. We adhere to self-regulatory principles for online behavioral advertising issued by the Digital Advertising Alliance (“DAA”) and the European Interactive Digital Advertising Alliance (“EDAA”) (collectively, the “OBA Principles”). Information about the OBA Principles can be found at http://digitaladvertisingalliance.org/principles and http://www.edaa.eu/european-principles/. You have the option to opt out of Behavioral Advertising. For more information, see Section 9a below (Opting Out of Behavioral Advertising and Tracking Tools).

Our user portal acts as a centralized hub, enabling you to engage with our Services through a personalized interface that allows you to manage your Account, access Services, and communicate directly with our team. When using the user portal, we collect information such as your login credentials, the duration and timing of your sessions, and the nature of your interactions, which helps us enhance portal functionality and user experience by tailoring our Services to better meet your needs. We employ stringent security measures to protect the privacy and integrity of your Personal Information. All communications and data exchanges within the portal are encrypted and governed by our data security protocols, and we log activities for security purposes, troubleshooting, and service improvement.
